It is the hot, new locale for sultry, luscious libations and cutting edge cuisine. The 4,600 square foot, 150-seat, restaurant embodies a certain South Beach hipness, sans attitude, with an energy as warm and inviting as the city in which it resides.

8,000 square foot nightclub Rain is located in Miami Beach Florida and is "an oasis whose space moves seamlessly from indoors to outdoors" says the New York Post. "A sultry international playground" says Ocean Drive Magazine. The centerpiece of this venue is the inside/outside elliptical shaped bar. A 100 foot suspended glass, color-changing ceiling adorns the interior of the space and new terrazzo and wood floors transition beautifully from room to room.

18,000 square foot Crobar Miami was located in Miami Beach Florida. Crobar Dominated South Beach nightlife for 8 years, world-famous dance club Crobar Miami offered a unique mix of exclusivity and style. Designed by the Club's Owner, Tom Telesco AIA was the Architect and Builder of this memorable project.
